    • PURPOSE: An expansion valve is provided to reduce noise by uniformly mixing a liquid refrigerant with a gas refrigerant flowing along the top of a tightening member. CONSTITUTION: An expansion valve (1) comprises a valve body (10), a valve member (30), and a valve member drive unit (70). The valve body has an inlet path, a valve chamber (20), an orifice (50), an outlet path (52), and a return path (60). A high-pressure refrigerant condensed from a condenser flows into the inlet path. The valve chamber is connected to the inlet path. The orifice decompresses the refrigerant flowing into the valve chamber. The valve member opens and closes the orifice. The valve member drive unit drives the valve member.

    • PURPOSE: A shared memory device is provided to simplify the wiring of a memory, to aim the high speed of memory access, and to prevent the degradation of memory performance. CONSTITUTION: An access cluster(20) includes a processing module(21) including an input/output port and memory systems(22,23) accessing the processing module. The memory systems include memory macros(221,231) including memory banks and memory interfaces(222,232) accessing the memory banks and processing module. The memory interfaces are placed facing the position of the processing module. The memory macros are placed in parallel towards a second direction orthogonal to the first direction which is the access direction of the memory interfaces and processing module.
